Global Process Improvement Director
We are seeking a Global Process Improvement Director to lead and implement operational excellence within a globally recognised manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team to drive continuous improvement strategies and to embed a continuous improvement culture across multiple sites and make a meaningful impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of global process improvement strategies across multiple business units.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align process improvement initiatives with organisational goals.

Identify inefficiencies and design innovative solutions to optimise workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Utilise Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to achieve measurable outcomes.

Oversee the global rollout of best practices to ensure seamless adoption and integration.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring teams and promoting data-driven decision-making.

Engage in cross-functional collaboration to influence and drive a continuous improvement culture across global teams
What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives with an understanding of manufacturing operations.

Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process reengineering, and data analytics.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop teams working globally.

Expertise in change management, and an ability to inspire teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

A strategic, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Remote working with global travel required
