What you'll do:

As Quality Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s approach to quality across multiple sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold rigorous standards in both product delivery and process execution. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, conducting detailed data analysis, facilitating root cause investigations, and supporting both internal audits and external compliance activities. • Support the implementation and maintenance of robust quality management systems across multiple sites, ensuring all processes align with industry standards and organisational objectives.
• Promote a culture centred around quality by encouraging best practices throughout the business while addressing areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, project, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct thorough analyses of KPIs to identify trends, drive improvements, and report findings to senior management.
• Initiate and facilitate root cause analysis for both internal issues and customer concerns, coordinating remedial actions to ensure effective resolution.
• Perform regular process audits within the manufacturing environment to guarantee compliance with established procedures and maintain traceability across operations.
• Engage directly with customer representatives during NPI, investigating non-conformance incidents and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support external audit activities by managing auditor interactions and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Champion continual improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and supporting their implementation throughout the organisation.
