Robert Walters is working with a specialist infrastructure contractor seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of multiple projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Administer contracts and handle variations and claims.
- Oversee procurement and supplier negotiations.
- Mentor junior surveyors and support commercial strategy.
Ideal candidate:
- Experienced QS with a background in civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of NEC or similar contract frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
