Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Engineering team to achieve operational targets.
• Oversee breakdown maintenance and implement robust PPM schedules.
• Manage CAPEX projects and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and product safety standards.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Optimise equipment performance and ensure KPI achievement.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing an Engineering department in a manufacturing setting.
• Engineering qualifications (BTEC ONC, HNC, HND in Electrical Engineering).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, GMP principles.
• CMMS experience and project management expertise.
