This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with a background in both mechanical and electrical functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing top-tier building services within a commercial environment, ensuring all mechanical and electrical services are maintained at all times. What you'll do:
As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's commercial buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are completed in line with health and safety policies and procedures. Your proactive nature will shine as you respond to, escalate, record, and complete reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance across the site. Your technical skills will be put to good use as you repair and refurbish plant equipment efficiently to minimise downtime. You will also play a key role in legal compliance and record-keeping for all services.
