As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our client's products and capabilities to diverse audiences through routes to market. You will be responsible for growing sustainable commercial revenue streams, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and building partnerships with strategic customers. Your ability to identify key decision makers, focus communication strategies, and act as a subject matter expert will be essential for success in this role.

A fantastic role to shape and mould for the successful candidate as they see fit to ensure best possible outcomes.

* Develop targeted strategic plans and processes to drive organisation sales

* Manage the sales pipeline and identify potential opportunities & partnerships

* Utilise CRM Sales dashboard to track and report on sales performance against targets

* Manage the Business Development and Customer Sales Teams to ensure delivery of sales targets and KPIs

* Develop strong relationships with Key Customer Accounts, identifying their evolving needs and providing solutions

* Represent the organisation at a range of external meetings and events

What you bring:

The ideal Business Development Manager will bring a wealth of experience in winning business and increasing account value through effective management of sales. You should demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Your ability to navigate various sized company structures to identify decision makers will be crucial for your success in this role.

* Proven track record of winning business and increasing account value through management of sales

* Experience of Strategic and Key Account Customer relationship management in a business development or sales leadership role

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Strong technical understanding with working knowledge of Sales tools

* Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers
