This year's shortlist provides an example of the hard work, dedication and passion of support professionals across the North West. All shortlisted professionals were celebrated on Thursday 25th October at Manchester Cathedral where the winners were announced.

Having worked at the business for 18 years, she is responsible for supporting the Executive Board and managing all PA duties for MD, Adrian Curry. In a company with more than 1,400 employees, across three European sites, Aileen is also Office Administration Manager. This involves overseeing the reception function, ensuring an excellent front-of-house experience for all Encircs visitors, whilst creating some very innovative ideas to present the company.

Outside of work, Lawrence is continuing his studies by undertaking an AAT course, which he hopes will help to further his career upon completion.
