Business Acceptance Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Acceptance Analyst to join their dynamic and supportive global team. This role offers the opportunity to manage risk in relation to new business acceptance, ensuring compliance with professional rules and laws

What you'll do:

As a Business Acceptance Analyst, your role will be multifaceted and crucial to the firm's operations. You will be responsible for initiating and analysing conflict checks for new business, conducting thorough due diligence on clients, advising lawyers on legal and reputational risks, and assisting with various Legal & Risk projects. Your work will ensure that the firm's reputation is preserved while complying with all relevant laws.

• Initiating and analysing conflict checks for new business
• Conducting comprehensive client due diligence/anti-money laundering checks on new clients
• Advising the firm’s lawyers on new client acceptance, client identification procedures, anti-money laundering queries, sanctions and reputational risk issues
• Advising on the firm’s client engagement terms policies, procedures and best practice

Experience in a legal or financial environment would be beneficial.
