Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor (£50 - £60 per hour)
Location: Birmingham
Hourly rate: £50 - £60 per hour via an umbrella company
Contract Type: 3 month contract

What your day to day would look like in this Commercial Property Solicitor (£50 - £60 per hour):

• Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant issues, and development projects.

• Giving clear, practical advice on complex property transactions.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, leases, sale and purchase contracts, and other property documents.

• Conducting due diligence, advising on title, planning, regulatory compliance, and risk matters.

• Working closely with colleagues across corporate, tax, and planning teams to provide joined-up solutions.

• Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring all work meets SRA and firm quality standards.

• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, helping the firm maintain its excellent reputation in the property market.

What we're looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with solid experience in commercial property.

• Someone confident managing complex property transactions and a varied caseload.

• Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and commercial awareness.

• Experience advising businesses, investors, or landowners is ideal.
