What you’ll do as locum Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Manage a full caseload of commercial property matters with autonomy and confidence.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property documentation.

• Provide strategic advice on complex property transactions.

• Conduct due diligence and advise on title, planning, regulatory compliance, and risk matters.

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the firm’s excellent reputation in the property market.

What my client is looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with proven experience in commercial property.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex transactions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness.

• Experience advising businesses, investors, or landowners is highly desirable.
