Associate

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Associate or Paralegal with a focus on Commercial Property. You will have the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week but the firm will also consider entirely remote for the right person. Ideally you will be based in their Preston or Chorley office. The firm is happy for someone to join as an NQ to Senior Associate level, as well as Paralegal or Legal Executive.

What You'll Do:

As an Associate or Paralegal focusing on Commercial Property, you will be immersed in the firm’s well-established team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing a diverse range of tasks from sales and acquisitions to banking finance and asset management. You will:

• Handle a variety of commercial property tasks including sales, acquisitions, banking finance, leasing and asset management.
• Manage your own caseload with a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Contribute to the firm's reputation through diligent work and client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

As an Associate or Paralegal - Commercial Property Solicitor, you bring valuable industry experience and knowledge to our team. You’ll possess the following skills:

• NQ – 10 PQE in property law, paralegals or legal executives will also be considered
• Confidence in handling your own caseload.
• Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Strong attention to detail.
