Head of Conveyancing

What you'll do:
As the Head of Conveyancing, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional legal services. Your role will involve leading various teams, ensuring that all work carried out meets high standards. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent client service is provided at all times. You will also play a key role in meeting financial and KPI targets, monitoring work levels, staffing levels, and working closely with HR for any recruitment needs. Training new team members effectively will fall under your purview, as well as implementing new technology and processes as necessary. Upholding excellent client service levels, undertaking client reviews, and working on business development are also integral parts of this role.
