This position necessitates occasional travel and flexibility outside standard working hours.

What you'll do:

As an In-House Housing Solicitor, your role will be to:

• Deliver superior legal services to the housing association
• Ensure adherence with regulatory and legal requirements
• Support group objectives through effective legal counsel
• Demonstrate flexibility outside normal hours when necessary
• Travel occasionally for overnight stays as part of the role
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the In-House Housing Solicitor position brings:

• Demonstrated experience as a solicitor with 4 Years PQE+, preferably with disrepair experience
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to housing associations
• Capability to deliver superior legal services
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary
• Commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of law
