Senior Solicitor

What you'll do:

As a Senior Solicitor, you will play an integral role within our dynamic team in Bristol. Your primary responsibilities are to:

• Manage client relationships and business development skills
• Act/advise in respect of claims against construction professionals
• Prepare reports for Insurers and explain, advise on difficult and complex areas
• Interact with senior professional clients in a variety of disciplines
• Manage the Insurer relationship, being diligent of potential conflicts

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Solicitor position in construction will:

• Have experience in acting and advising in respect of claims against construction professionals
• Ability to prepare reports for Insurers
• Be capable in advising on case strategy
• Have expertise in liaising with senior professional clients in a variety of disciplines
• Be experience in managing the Insurer-Insureds relationship
• Have knowledge in Pre-Action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes
• Be skill in litigation in the Courts of England & Wales, domestic or international Arbitration
