Property Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking a Property Litigation Associate to join their expanding team in Bristol. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advise a diverse range of public and private sector clients on contentious property advice and litigation. The successful candidate will handle property litigation in UK courts and tribunals, providing wider contentious property advice outside of the litigation process. Experience or interest in the Building Safety Act 2022 and residential leasehold management work would be beneficial but not essential. * Opportunity to work with diverse range of clients * Handle property litigation in UK courts and tribunals

As a Property Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising a diverse range of clients on contentious property advice and litigation, including:

• Provide legal advice to a varied range of public and private sector clients
• Handle property litigation cases in UK courts and tribunals
• Offer wider contentious property advice outside of the litigation process
• Work collaboratively with colleagues as a team player
• Supervise and delegate tasks to junior colleagues
• Manage your own caseload with support from senior colleagues

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Property Litigation Associate role will bring strong technical credentials backed by relevant experience. You will have a:

• Strong technical credentials with demonstrable relevant experience
• First class written skills with an aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
• Proactive mindset with a professional approach to work
• Experience or interest in supervising and delegating to junior colleagues
• Confidence in working directly with clients
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
