Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+PQE) to join their thriving team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver excellent client service and develop solid client relationships.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in a broad mix of Commercial Property matters including Landlord & Tenant and acquisitions & disposals, amongst others.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your primary role will be delivering excellent client service to a broad range of clients. You'll be responsible for developing strong relationships, supporting key events to secure new clients, and providing marketing support. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with SRA standards to protect clients and uphold the firm's practice management standards.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor (2+PQE) position is a fully qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with excellent relationship-building skills. You should have experience in business development and networking, as well as the ability to manage matters from conception to conclusion. A solid understanding and application of compliance procedures are required for this role. Furthermore, you should have proven experience in building relationships with both current and future clients.
