An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial and Property Conveyancer to become a valued member of a well-regarded and dynamic property team.
About the Role As a Commercial and Property Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property transactions from initiation through to completion. You will offer expert advice, guidance, and representation to clients, ensuring an exceptional standard of service and client care is maintained throughout. This role also provides the chance to handle more complex cases, offering professional growth and the opportunity to expand your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a substantial caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters.

Handle property transactions from initial instruction to post-completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

Deliver clear and practical advice to clients while maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with colleagues within the property team, contributing to shared goals and team success.

Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and supporting continuous improvement.
About You Applications are welcomed from Commercial and Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial and property conveyancing. To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience managing a substantial and varied caseload independently.

Strong knowledge of commercial and residential conveyancing processes, including freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership transactions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
