Job: Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate (Asset Management) Location: Birmingham (hybrid)

The Opportunity

Robert Walters is proud to partner with a highly-regarded law firm in Birmingham who are looking to add a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to their burgeoning Birmingham team. With 2+ PQE in, this role is tailored for professionals with strong expertise in asset management. You will support a dynamic Property group and manage a diverse portfolio of assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate asset management documents (leases, licences, variations, etc.).
  • Oversee grants of leases, renewals, assignments, and terminations.
  • Liaise with in-house teams to deliver seamless client service.
  • Provide commercially aware advice and utilise legal tech solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+years’ PQE in Real Estate.
  • Expertise in asset management and lease negotiations.
  • Experience with large portfolios (food & beverage sector experience desirable).
  • Passion for leveraging technology in legal services.
