Residential Conveyancer Location: Warwickshire Hours: Full or Part Time Robert Walters is delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a skilled and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Warwickshire. The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from instruction to post-completion.
• Provide expert legal advice and build strong relationships with a diverse client base.
• Handle technical legal enquiries and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Contribute to the development of the department, including mentoring and supervising junior team members.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 2 years’ post-qualified experience or equivalent in residential property.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practice.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
