The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Country properties
• Re-mortgages
• Shared ownership and right-to-buy schemes
• Leases and easements

You’ll also:

• Share best practices and contribute to the development of junior team members
• Support business development initiatives to grow the department’s profile
