Robert Walters is recruiting for an exceptional Real Estate Associate (NQ+) to join an award-winning, top-ranked real estate team in Nottingham. With a reputation for excellence, this team is highly rated in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500, leading the East Midlands for over a decade.

About the Role:
This expanding Real Estate practice seeks a commercially minded, enthusiastic associate with a broad range of Real Estate experience. A strong background in landlord and tenant work is essential, making this role ideal for a newly qualified commercial property lawyer from a respected regional or City firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload, including landlord and tenant matters
• Deliver high-quality client service, meeting financial targets and managing WIP effectively
• Maintain technical expertise and demonstrate commercial awareness
• Engage actively in business development to foster client relationships and promote growth

What We're Looking For:

• 6 months experience with solid exposure to landlord and tenant matters
• Strong commercial acumen and industry understanding
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to client care
• Competence in IT, including case management and Microsoft Office
