Residential Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join a highly regarded national firm in their Birmingham office. This role offers exceptional quality work and is rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the role

The firm’s highly regarded Residential Property team acts for all of the top 10 housebuilders nationally, undertaking a broad mix of Residential Property and Development work.

Workflows will include:

• Drafting conveyancing paperwork
• Reviewing and report on title searches
• Pre-contract enquries
• Negotiating and exchanging contracts
• Completions
• Post completion matters

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained in Residential Property matters. Candidates with less experience will also be considered as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. This firm take training and development very seriously and is a great option for somebody who is looking to take a step up to a national firm.

Hybrid working is available with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
