Residential Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a very well regarded national law firm in the East Midlands for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. This role offers exceptional work, a very competitive salary and promising career prospects.

About the role

Daily tasks of the Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer in this role will include:

  • Sales & purchases
  • Auctions
  • Land transfers
  • Mortgages and re-mortgages
  • Corporate support

About You

Given the nature of the work, you will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer with, as a guide, at least 6 months' experience gained in Residential Property matters.

You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound drafting and negotiating skills and will thrive when working within a team on complex matters.

About the firm

This firm are very well regarded in the East Midlands and the Residential Property team are highly regarded for the quality of work and experts in the team. The firm has a reputation for encouraging a friendly and supportive environment and juniors within this team are encouraged to take a key role in files with responsibility being given from day one. A blend of home and office working is available for all fee earners along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
