About the role

This role will give the successful Housing Disrepair Solicitor the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting workload of Housing Disrepair work, including:

- Running a caseload of issued housing cases through to settlement or trial;
- Ensure that legal services are delivered in a commercially risk adverse manner;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

The ideal candidate will be either a U.K qualified lawyer or a Chartered Legal Executive. You will have:

- Experience of acting for corporate defendants with strong commercial acumen;
- Civil litigation experience, with strong practical experience of civil procedure rules and fast track;
- Experience managing projects and advising on matters within an in-house legal environment.

You must be able to commute to their Worcester office.
