Construction Paralegal Birmingham Are you a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Paralegal seeking a role in a international law firm? Do you have experience in employment law? If so, please get in touch. About the Role: The successful Construction Paralegal will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients. You will gain from exposure to the following: * Advising on all aspects of development through design and construction * Working with large housing developers and social housing * Providing construction due diligence support to the real estate team * Supporting the corporate and banking teams on acquisitions, development finance and disposals No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with market leading clients and large-scale projects.
About the Construction Paralegal:
You will be a Paralegal with an interest in contentious property. gained at a reputable Private Practice or In House organisation.
Essential attributes include:

Self-motivation and proactivity;
The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships; and
Strong organisational and time management skills
