About the Role: The successful Residential Property Legal Secretary will have the opportunity to work with a varied caseload and advise on both buying and selling sides. You will gain from exposure to the following • Generating correspondence and documentation • Performing searches and dealing with the Land Registry • Communicating effectively with clients on relevant issues • Assisting fee earners with due diligence
About the Commercial Property Paralegal:
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years’ experience in a Property role, if this is not present than the candidate should have the same level of experience in a Paralegal role more generally.

• Self-motivation and cool under pressure
• The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships
