In-House Legal Counsel – Commercial Real Estate (NQ – 4PQE) Manchester A rare opportunity has arisen for an In-House Legal Counsel role at an internationally renowned organisation, the position is aimed at managing risk on commercial real estate projects. This role is perfect for an ambitious Solicitor who wants to have influence in the operations of an emerging team. About the Role: The successful Solicitor will have the opportunity to work within an influential company in a dynamic industry. You will gain from exposure to the following: • Negotiating and advising on a wide range of Corporate property projects, including construction and real estate • Advising on the structuring of transactions relating to property, and developing wider strategies to maximise value and minimise project risk • Building relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation • Helping to manage the development of your colleagues through mentoring and supervision

About the Commercial Real Estate Solicitor:
You will be a Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Real Estate law, either having done so in a in-house position, or having worked at a large international or national Private Practice.
Essential attributes include:
• Exceptional communication skills, in the advising on complex real estate issues
• Ability to work well in teams and individually;
• Analytic expertise that remains strong under pressure
• The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships; and
• Competent organisational and time management skills.
