Interim In-House Conveyancing Officer 12 Months Fixed Term Contract West Midlands Are you a motivated and dynamic Legal Officer looking to embark upon your next career step? Do you have a minimum of one year of Conveyancing experience? If so, please get in touch.
About the role:
As the Interim In-House Conveyancing Officer, you will have the opportunity to:
• Provide accurate and timely legal advice and support on legal transactions;
• Undertake any re-sale and plot sale transactions that fall under the Conveyancing team;
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations to ensure the management and protection of asset values and legal interests; and
• Use recording and reporting methods to keep data up to date and accessible.
About the Interim In-House Conveyancing Officer:
You will be Legal Executive with proven Conveyancing experience. Ideally you will have plot sales experience.
Essential skills include:
• Working knowledge of property law, and current best practice;
• Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads;
• Knowledge of asset management software;
• Experienced user in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
