An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded international firm in their Birmingham office. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits.
About the Real Estate Solicitor role
The Real Estate team has an excellent profile and offers the opportunity to undertake challenging and complex work. The role will include working on a wide range of Real Estae work advising a range of clients including registered providers, developers, local authorities and other public and private sector clients.
In this diverse role you can expect to gain exposure to the following:

- Disposals and acquisitions
- Landlord & Tenant
- Joint Ventures
About you
You will be a qualified solicitor (UK or overseas equivalent) and it is anticipated that you will have gained a minimum of 6 months' experience n Real Estate matters during a Training Contract but this does not preclude someone with less qualified experience from applying for the role, provided that they can demonstrate the necessary skill set.
You will have a proven ability to take on responsibility and manage your own files and will be able to demonstrate a strong client focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
