Commercial Property Paralegal East Midlands Are you a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Paralegal seeking a role in a specialist law firm? Do you have an interest in Residential or Commercial Property? If so, please get in touch. About the Role: The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and advise on both buying and selling sides. You will gain from exposure to the following • Drafting reports on title and leases • Handling the completion of sales, purchases and leases • Overseeing auction and probate sales • Assisting fee earners with due diligence No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with highly specialist Solicitors in the Property sector.
About the Commercial Property Paralegal:
The ideal candidate should possess some experience in Property law, but a genuine enthusiasm is favoured if this experience is not present.
Essential attributes include:
• Excellent organisational and IT skills;
• Ability to work well in teams and individually;
• Self-motivation and proactivity;
• The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships.
