Property Solicitor 2 – 6 Years PQE Manchester Are you a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Property Solicitor seeking a role in an International law firm? Do you have experience in Property development or investment in your career so far? If so, please get in touch. About the Role: The successful Property Solicitor will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and advise on both the buyer and seller sides. You will gain from exposure to the following • Large residential developments • Regenerative projects • Infrastructural developments • Acting for national investors and developers No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with market leaders in the Property sector.
About the Property Solicitor:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor having previously worked in residential or commercial property. Gained at a reputable Private Practice or In-House organisation.
Ideally you will have circa 2-6 years PQE. Differing levels of experience will be considered if the required skills are evidenced.

• Ability to work well in teams and individually;
• Self-motivation and proactivity;
• The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships;
• Strong organisational and time management skills
