Housing Solicitor Birmingham NQ – 5+ PQE Are you a forward-thinking and diligent Housing Solicitor seeking a role in an exceptional law firm? Do you have experience in CPR litigation? If so, please get in touch.
About the Role:
As the Housing Solicitor, you will benefit from exposure to the following:
- Injunctions
- Dealing with possession claims
- Defending disrepair claims and prosecutions
- Providing all related housing management advice to clients
About the Housing Solicitor:
You will be a UK qualified solicitor having previously worked in CPR litigation either through your training contract or in your post-qualification experience, having done so with a strong regional, national, or international firm.
Essential attributes include:

- Self-motivation and pro-activity;
- The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships;
- Strong organisational and time management skills
