A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ-3 year PQE Social Housing Solicitor to join a heavyweight regional law firm in Warwickshire. This role is rewarded with a very competitive salary and benefits package.
About the role
The firm’s Social Housing team are highly rated by the Legal 500 and provide a complete range of legal and advisory services to social housing clients across a full spectrum of Commercial Property matters.
A real mixed bag of work will be provided in this growth role enabling either a current Social Housing Solicitor to broaden their experience or for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking to specialise in this niche area.
Workflows will include the following:
- Large scale portfolio matters including charging work to property finance
- Acting for registered providers on development acquisitions
- Stock rationalisations and regeneration projects
- Acquisitions and disposals
About the person
Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 months experience in Commercial Property, preferably acting for Housing Associations, during a Training Contract. The team are growing and therefore candidates with all levels of experience will be considered.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. Strong business development skills would be an advantage.
