Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a Construction Solicitor/Associate to join their highly regarded Construction team based in Warwickshire. This role offers great career progression opportunities and a very competitive salary outside of Birmingham city centre.

About the role

This firm’s higly rated Construction team act for a variety of clients including developers, contractors and sub-contractors across a range of sectors undertaking a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, from construction contracts and procurement to dispute resolution including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

About the person

The firm are prepared to be flexible in their hiring need and will consider candidates with 1-5 years experience. This does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying for this role.

In addition, given that the team undertake a mix of work, they are prepared to consider candidates with either contentious or non-contentious experience and will allocate the workload accordingly. As such, this could suit a candidate who does a mix of contentious and non-contentious work and wants to move but is not yet ready to specialise.
