Private Client Solicitor Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Nottingham

Our client is a leading regional law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Associate to join their team in Nottingham. What you'll do:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the partners and other members of the team in delivering high-quality legal services. You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and analysing various legal documents while also providing advice on a wide range of private client matters. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to manage complex caseloads, prioritise workloads, and work under pressure. Your commitment to developing and maintaining strong client relationships will contribute significantly to enhancing the firm's client base.

• Draft, review and analyse a wide range of legal documents including wills, trusts, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection and estate administration
• Provide advice on all manner of private client matters
• Support senior members of the team on more complex matters
• Deal courteously and promptly with new instructions arising
• Achieve individual financial cost targets through billing and debt collection
• Develop and maintain good client relationships by effective liaison with existing and new clients
• Handle correspondence and client enquiries promptly
• Record all chargeable and non-chargeable time effectively
• Handle matters cost-effectively

The ideal candidate for this Private Client Solicitor position is a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience in the field. You bring excellent communication skills that allow you to confidently interact with both clients and all department levels across the firm. Your high attention to detail coupled with your self-motivation enables you to manage complex caseloads, prioritise workloads and work under pressure. Your ability to work as part of a team will be crucial in this role.
