Private Client Solicitor

Role: Private Client Solicitor NQ-2PQE Location Remuneration: Competitive salary and benefits package

Robert Walters is delighted to represent a well-established law firm in their search for an experienced Fee Earner to join their thriving Private Client Department in Warwickshire. This role is ideal for an junior Solicitor or CILEx with a strong background in Private Client work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings and manage client relationships
  • Oversee a personal caseload, ensuring efficient progress and completion
  • Perform file creation, client care, and legal research, including due diligence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Private Client work
  • Full UK Driving Licence and personal transport for travel between offices
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and client care ability
