Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor ready to take on a senior role with management responsibilities? Our client, a respected law firm in Birmingham, looking for a talented Senior Solicitor to lead their Private Client team.
As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. In addition to handling your own client files, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and overseeing junior solicitors and support staff. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-established, client-focused firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters
- Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals
- Providing expert legal advice to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Ensuring the department meets its targets and maintains high standards of service
- Supporting the firm in business development and growth initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE) in England & Wales
- Solid experience in private client law
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
