Private Client Solicitor

I am currently working with national law firm in Birmingham who are looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to their Legal 500 team.

About the role

The successful Private Solicitor will gain excellent experience in this role and will be exposed to the following workflows:

  • Drafting Wills
  • Drafting declarations of trust
  • Drafting and advising on simple and complex trusts
  • Administering estates and trusts
  • Tax advice
  • Completing applications to the Court of Protection
  • Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will ideally have at least 18 months experience gained in Private Client matters and have a real passion for this area of law.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic along with possessing excellent organisation skills, client care and a keen attention to detail.

The hiring firm has a large and respected Private Client team in the Midlands and can provide the successful candidate with genuine career potential opportunities as well as flexible working arrangements.
