An exciting opportunity at a leading Private Client law firm has arisen for a lawyer who has experience in advising ultra high net worth clients on tax planning.
You will be in a team that consists of collaborative and highly driven lawyers, ranging from newly qualified solicitors to experienced partners. You will have trained at a good City firm or West End Firm, and ideally have 2 – 5 years’ experience with STEP membership, however, they will consider applications outside of this remit. As a private client lawyer, you will also have good experience in UK and international succession planning, UK/non – UK wealth holding, family office structures and all associated UK tax issues.
Key Private Client Lawyer responsibilities:
- To advise high net worth individuals and trustees, family offices, family businesses, and resident/ non-resident and domiciled/ non-domiciled clients on all issues surround tax planning
- Take a keen interest in developing the private client practice and firm through proactive business development and networking
- Build effective relationships across the team and two offices; London & Oxford
