Our client, a distinguished law firm situated in Bristol, is in search of a newly qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to become part of their team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to acquire practical experience in comprehensive case management, necessitating a robust theoretical foundation, sound judgement, and the capability to support cases from inception to conclusion. You will have the privilege to work intimately with knowledgeable legal professionals, augmenting your expertise and deepening your comprehension of personal injury law.

What you'll do:

As a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor, your primary responsibility will be to:

• Provide support on existing cases rather than managing an independent caseload—at least initially
• Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including both fast track and intermediate track cases, under suitable supervision
• Acquire practical experience in comprehensive case management
• Support cases from initiation through to resolution
• Collaborate closely with experienced legal professionals
• Play a pivotal role in achieving team objectives and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
