What you'll do:

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will be part of a market-leading team where you will handle a variety of real estate transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on high-value deals and represent some of the largest investors in the country. Your role will not only involve traditional real estate asset classes but also extend to emerging sectors like student accommodation, hotels and leisure, and the PRS sector. You will be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships.

• Handle a range of real estate transactions with a focus on investment, development and asset management work.
• Regularly deal with multi-million pound transactions.
• Act for some of the largest investors in the country.
• Advise on traditional real estate asset classes as well as alternative ones such as student accommodation, hotels and leisure, and the PRS sector.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Real Estate Solicitor position will bring significant experience from a recognised real estate department of a major or medium-sized firm. You should have an interest in and enthusiasm for the commercial property industry along with excellent communication skills. A strong academic background is essential along with ambition, commitment to business development, client relationship management, and innovation. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
