Robert Walters is recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a top-rated Claimant Personal Injury team within a renowned law firm known for its client-centric approach. With a long-standing reputation, this firm excels in complex, high-value cases, including multi-million-pound and catastrophic injury claims.

The Role:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of RTA, EL and PL claims
  • Handle new and litigated matters, collaborating with barristers and medical experts
  • Engage in settlement negotiations and attend court hearings

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in Personal Injury law with a strong billing history
  • Expertise in litigated claims and Conditional Fee Agreements
  • Proficient in case management, communication, and client care
