We are currently recruiting on behalf of several clients within the construction space - these include Tier 1 Contractors, Developers and Infrastructure businesses.
In your role as Legal Counsel you will have responsibility for providing responsive, pragmatic and cost effective legal advice in order to optimise the management of legal risk for the business, including the management of external counsel.
Contract negotiations and drafting will include:
- Main, sub-contract and consultant terms
- Third Party Agreements
- Letters of intent
- Collateral agreements (warranties)
- Novation agreements
- NDAs
- Bonds and parent company guarantees
It is essential that candidates can demonstrate the ability to work with commercial and project teams and have the confidence to lead negotiations and work with these teams to achieve their objectives and goals.
