What you'll do:

• Managing a varied caseload, including visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, entry clearance, residency, sponsor licences, and judicial reviews.
• Handling business-related immigration cases, such as Tier 1 entrepreneur visas, sponsor license applications, and intra-company transfers.
• Providing clear, empathetic legal advice while ensuring compliance with UK immigration laws.
• Mentoring junior staff, fostering their growth within an inclusive team environment.
• Stay updated on legislative changes to deliver accurate and effective solutions for clients.
• Drafting high-quality legal documents such as witness statements, appeal bundles, and representations.

• Qualified Immigration Solicitor (SRA registered) or OISC Level 3 accredited Caseworker with proven experience in complex immigration cases.
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills to guide clients through challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Experience supervising junior staff and contributing to team development.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently without compromising quality.
