Regulatory Solicitor - Healthcare

What you'll do:

As a Regulatory Solicitor - Healthcare, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will handle a broad range of patient matters and public law work, often dealing with life and death matters that make headline news either locally or nationally. Your responsibilities will include addressing complex issues across the Health and Care sector, working on NHS Continuing Care/Responsible Commissioner issues, managing Governance Incident investigation and Public Inquiries among others.

• Dealing with a wide range of patient matters and public law work
• Handling complex issues across the Health and Care sector
• Working on NHS Continuing Care/Responsible Commissioner issues
• Addressing Priorities/exceptional funding Mental Capacity and Mental Health Act issues
• Managing Governance Incident investigation and Public Inquiries
• Travelling to service client needs nationally

What you bring:

As a Regulatory Solicitor - Healthcare, you bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. You will ideall have:

• 7 years' PQE+
• Good working knowledge of welfare applications under Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Excellent written English for drafting purposes
• Ability to build relationships with clients, potential clients and witnesses
• Good research skills
• Evidence of negotiating skills
• Competent analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in team working
