A leading law firm is seeking a team of experienced Document Review Lawyers to join an exciting, large-scale project on a remote basis.

What you'll do:
- Review and code documents within RelativityOne according to established protocols and workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
- Apply decisions relating to relevance, legal professional privilege, confidentiality, commercially sensitive information, and personal data with precision and care.
- Utilise your strong legal understanding of privilege and data protection considerations during every stage of the review exercise.
- Work collaboratively with fellow reviewers, team leads, and project managers to maintain consistent outputs and foster a communal approach to problem-solving.
- Escalate queries and issues promptly following agreed escalation procedures and quality control processes to ensure timely resolution.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining high standards of quality, demonstrating flexibility by working additional hours when project demands require.
- Support the project through peak periods by adapting your schedule as needed and showing commitment to communal goals.
- Attend the Bristol or London office occasionally as required by project needs, contributing to face-to-face collaboration when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities provided by the organisation to enhance your knowledge of eDiscovery technology and document review best practices.
What you bring:
- You hold qualification as a UK-qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate and active SRA registration or are a common law-qualified lawyer with equivalent professional standing.
- You possess recent hands-on experience using RelativityOne on live document review matters (essential), enabling you to navigate complex workflows efficiently.
- You have demonstrable experience reviewing documents for legal professional privilege, commercial sensitivity, personal data protection considerations, ensuring compliance at every step.
- You have worked on large-scale document review exercises with defined protocols and quality controls, showcasing your dependability in communal settings.
- Your attention to detail is exceptional; you consistently deliver accurate results even when working at pace.
- You demonstrate flexibility and commitment by supporting projects through peak periods including additional hours when required.
- You are able to attend the Bristol or London office occasionally as dictated by project requirements.
- You bring strong interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration with colleagues across all levels of the project team.
- You are responsive in escalating queries or issues promptly according to established procedures.
