A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2+PQE Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor/Associate to join a full service Legal 500 law firm in the West Midlands. About the role

The successful Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor/Associate will gain exposure to all aspects of contentious trusts and probate work in this role including:

• High value complex litigation
• Disputes over wills
• Financial provision claims
• Disputes with executors
• Disputes regarding powers of attorney

About the person

The successful Contentious Probate Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience gained in this area. However, this is just a guide and candidates with less experience will also be considered if they have a good grounding in Private Client or Litigation matters.

Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that you must possess include an eye for detail, the ability to communicate effectively, organisational skills and great client care skills.
