An exciting opportunity awaits in Birmingham with a highly respected Property Litigation team known for top-tier, high-profile work and exceptional client service. Join a team led by experienced professionals, handling a range of commercial and residential property disputes for notable clients across the UK.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases while managing your own caseload.
  • Handle varied disputes, including landlord/tenant issues, property insolvency, possession actions, and more.
  • Support business development to retain and expand the client base.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in property disputes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and client service skills.
  • Financially competent with excellent case management abilities.
