I am currently working with a top international law firm who are looking to hire a Litigation Paralegal to join their supportive team in their Birmingham office. This opportunity offers, but is not limited to, a highly competitive salary, hybrid working and a generous holiday allowance.

About the role

The successful Litigation Paralegal will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple disciplines on UK and international high value city grade work and will benefit from dedicated training and development support.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to,:

• Assisting with project work for the firm;
• Drafting, checking and amending legal documents;
• Writing concise memoranda to summarize research results;
• Maintaining document, transcript, and work product databases;
• Conducting legal research, due diligence, and document review; and
• Other duties as assigned.

About the person

The successful Litigation Paralegal will have at least six months Paralegal experience.

Essential requirements also are:

• Prior experience in at least one of these areas: Litigation, Corporate and Finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• A working knowledge and understanding of relevant legal principles;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to locate specific items on the internet; and
• An ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with or without direct supervision and coordinate multiple projects.
