We are currently instructed on Contentious Probate Solicitor opportunity with a national law firm based in the East Midlands. On offer is a collegiate working environment, a clear progression plan and an excellent salary and benefits package including 28 days annual leave.
About the role
The successful Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor will gain exposure to all aspects of contentious trusts and probate work in this role including:
- Disputes over wills
- Financial provision claims
- Disputes with executors
- Dispute regarding powers of attorney
- Contested Court of Protection applications
About the person
Given the nature of the work, you will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in Contentious Trusts & Probate matters and have a real passion to want to progress in this area.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. Strong business development skills with experience in marketing in order to continue the development of this increasingly busy and expanding team is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
